Residential Properties: At least 1 month prior to your move-out date.
Commercial/Tenant Properties: At least 3 months prior to your move-out date.
Please download the required forms from the "Documents" page on our website. After filling them out, please send them to us via FAX (050-3385-2901) or email (info@mugen-home.jp).
Please note that we do not accept cancellations or applications over the phone or any other verbal means to ensure formal processing.
The following three steps are required for the move-out process:

Generally, the move-out costs are handled as follows:
Security Deposit The security deposit will be partially or fully applied toward restoration costs.
Additional Charges Additional fees may apply if costs exceed the deposit.
Cleaning and Other Fees You are responsible for the cleaning and any other fees specified in your contract as a minimum.
Generally, the final settlement is processed and any remaining security deposit will be refunded within one month after your move-out date.

Repairs generally cover essential equipment for daily living, including:
Water Heaters (Supply of hot water)
Air Conditioners (Heating and cooling systems)
Toilet Facilities (Flush systems and plumbing)
Kitchen Equipment (Sinks, built-in stoves, etc.)
Repairs are covered as long as the malfunction occurs within the scope of normal daily use.
Minor Maintenance You may handle minor items yourself, such as replacing light bulbs or simple plumbing adjustments.

The allowance of pets depends on the terms of your specific lease agreement.
Prior approval is strictly required. Please do not bring a pet into the property without receiving formal permission.
